Cancelling An Order

Though it should be avoided as often as possible, sometimes cancelling is necessary. You can cancel an order at any time by visiting the Orders page, selecting on the order and then selecting “Refund buyer”. Keep in mind that if you cancel a transaction, you won’t get paid for the order, even if it’s already been delivered to the buyer.

Seller Cancelling Prior To Accepting An Order

Sellers may cancel an order prior to accepting it which will result in a full refund to the buyer, and a cancelled order from the seller. No cancellation fees will be charged to the seller if the order is cancelled prior to accepting the order.

Seller Cancelling After Accepting An Order

If a seller accepts an order and then decides afterwards that the order needs to be cancelled, a 9.9% cancellation fee will be charged to the seller for the refunded order.

Buyer Cancelling Prior To Accepting An Order

Buyers can request to cancel an order prior to the seller confirming the order.

Once a request has been made, we’ll send you a notification asking you to either confirm the order and begin shipment or accept the cancellation. To view and respond to open cancellation requests, visit your Orders page and select the order that is being attempted to be cancelled.

Buyer Cancelling A Missing Item

If there is no evidence that the item is in transit, we want to make sure the buyer will be refunded on time.

Cancellations can be made if there has been no tracking updates for the item regardless of whether or not you have confirmed shipment. In order to prevent these types of cancellations, we ask that all orders, even the ones you choose to ship with your own postage, are shipped using a tracking number. That way we can verify that the item is in transit.
