Paintball Vault’s Cancellation Policy
Purchasing an item or having an offer accepted on Paintball Vault is a binding transaction. In circumstances where you still would like to cancel an order, you can find the “Cancel Order” button on your Orders page under the order that you would like to cancel. Selecting this option is only available prior to your item being shipped. We will notify the seller that you would like to cancel your order and they will have the chance to reply to your request and confirm the cancellation.
Paintball Vault monitors buyers who cancel orders and may in some circumstances suspend accounts if the team feels that a buyer cannot reliably purchase gear from sellers.
If there is no evidence that the item is in transit, we want to make sure the buyer will be refunded on time.
Cancellations can be made if there has been no tracking updates for the item regardless of whether or not you have confirmed shipment. In order to prevent these types of cancellations, we ask that all orders, even the ones you choose to ship with your own postage, are shipped using a tracking number. That way we can verify that the item is in transit.
